What does it mean to be a third generation descendant of Holocaust survivors? Beginning with the discovery of the number on my grandfather’s arm as a young child and ending with an inter-generational trip back to Birkenau/Auschwitz, the film culminates in an intense recognition of my generation’s obligation to retell our grandparent’s story to th world and to future generations. May we never forget.
