SYNOPSIS:
When the Union Mission of Los Angeles purchased remote property to use as transitional housing to relocate the women and children of Skid Row, neighbors and residents of the location tried to blockade the efforts for the women and children to have a second chance at life. Through legal battles and various turn of events, you'll see the fight from both sides and who is ultimately triumphant as the entire City of Los Angles is thrown into the controversy of 'Nimbyism' - Not in My Backyardism.
