SYNOPSIS:
In 1994, this film tells about the genocide of the Tutsi and Hutu tribes for 100 days. The film was shot in Kibuye, the beautiful landscape that was the backdrop to some of the worst atrocities in 1994. A local Hutu official is persuaded to implement the government’s policy against the Tutsi: to completely wipe them out.
